To initiate a return, it is important to keep in mind the following conditions:

The maximum period to request a return is 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

After this period, returns will not be accepted.

Returns of products that have been opened will not be accepted.

Original shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is due to an error in the address or postal code provided by the customer.

The product being returned must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging, unopened.

The cost of returning the item to our warehouse will be the responsibility of the customer.

If the product was damaged during transport, the customer must refuse the delivery and notify us immediately.

Once the return is received, an email will be sent confirming its acceptance or denial.

If the return is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within approximately 7 days (this may vary depending on the bank involved).
