SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping to Continental UK (Free Shipping)
At Minoxfactor, our customers in the UK can enjoy FREE SHIPPING and packaging on all orders. We are committed to delivering your purchase within 2 to 5 working days, depending on when you place your order. To ensure quick and efficient delivery, we use the Royal Mail 1st Class service.
Additionally, we ship to the Republic of Ireland, but these deliveries will be classified as international.
International Shipping (Shipping cost calculated at checkout)
For other countries, the shipping cost will be calculated during the checkout process. On certain occasions, shipping may be free due to special promotions that are active. Don’t miss out!
We offer tracked shipping to most countries around the world.
We strive to process and ship your orders before 4:00 PM Monday to Friday and before 11:30 AM on Saturdays (excluding public holidays). Please note that orders placed on a Saturday after 11:30 AM will be processed the next business day.
SHIPPING METHODS
We ship domestically and internationally via MRW, FEDEX, UPS, or CORREOS, depending on the country we are shipping the package to. We will always seek the best option to ensure delivery in the shortest possible time.
DELIVERY TIME
We process your order within 24 to 72 hours after you place your order.
Once the order has been processed and shipped, the shipping time depends on the country it is headed to and will take an estimated number of business days as indicated in the following table:

I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER; WHAT CAN I DO?

I WANT TO CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS.
To change your delivery address, it is necessary to notify us as soon as possible. If your shipment has already been dispatched, it may not be possible to modify the address.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THEY COME TO DELIVER MY ORDER AND NO ONE IS HOME?
If the order is not received at the designated address, customer service will contact you by phone and email; if you do not respond after three attempts, the product will be returned to the warehouse, your order will be canceled, and the refund process will be initiated with a deduction for the shipping costs incurred.
